PAYMENT POLICY

Transactions with STEMA LASER may be completed either through our online store (e-shop) or at our physical store, under the following terms:


1. Payments via the Online Store

Payments through our online store are made exclusively using credit, debit, or prepaid cards (excluding Diners and American Express).

All transactions are processed through the secure electronic payment platform of a cooperating bank.

Transaction Security

Online payments are protected through:

  • SSL encryption protocol
  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) mechanisms
  • Compliance with the European PSD2 Directive

STEMA LASER does not store or retain credit or debit card details. Card information is entered directly into the secure environment of the cooperating bank.

Completion of Transaction

An order is considered completed only after successful authorization of the transaction by the payment provider.

In the event of a failed charge or declined transaction, the purchase will not be completed, and no obligation arises for the provision of services or issuance of a gift card.


2. Payments at the Physical Store

At our physical store (17 Agias Sofias Street, Thessaloniki), payments may be made using:

  • Cash, in accordance with the limits set by Greek law
  • Credit, debit, or prepaid cards (excluding Diners and American Express)
  • IRIS payments

All transactions are conducted in euros (€).


3. Deposits and Appointment Confirmation

The company reserves the right to request a deposit for:

  • Confirmation of an appointment
  • Activation of a service package
  • Reservation of a specific date or time slot

Any deposit paid will be offset against the total cost of the service.


4. Disputed Transactions (Chargebacks)

In the event of a disputed transaction (chargeback) without prior communication with the company, STEMA LASER reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the provision of services
  • Cancel packages or gift cards
  • Pursue recovery of the outstanding amount through all lawful means

until the matter has been fully resolved.


5. Invoicing and Tax Documentation

The company issues the legally required tax documents in accordance with applicable Greek tax legislation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details at the time of purchase. The company shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


6. Amendments to Payment Methods

STEMA LASER reserves the right to modify or update the available payment methods at any time. Any such changes will be published on this page.
