stemalaser.gr is the official website of “STEMMA SINGLE-MEMBER P.C.” operating under the trade name “STEMA LASER” (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”).
Through this website, users may obtain information about laser hair removal and aesthetic services, as well as purchase services and electronic gift cards online.
The COMPANY is headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece, at 17 Agias Sofias Street, VAT number 801500577, GEMI No. 158054706000.
The use of this website and the online store is governed exclusively by these Terms of Use. Any other terms are expressly excluded.
II. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

- “Online Store”: the ability to purchase services or gift cards electronically
- “Services”: laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments
- “Packages”: prepaid bundles of sessions
- “Gift Card”: an electronic gift voucher sent via email

III. Website Terms of Use
The website is intended for natural or legal persons with full legal capacity.
Minors may use the services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Any User accessing or using the website is deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
IV. Nature of Services – Medical Suitability
The information provided on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
The provision of services requires an assessment of suitability and completion of a medical history form.
The Customer is required to declare accurately and fully:
- Any medical conditions
- Medication
- Pregnancy
- Photosensitivity
- Any changes in health condition
The COMPANY reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if contraindications or health risks are identified.
Treatment results may vary depending on the individual, skin type, and compliance with instructions. No specific result is guaranteed.
V. Appointments – Cancellations – Delays
Appointments may be scheduled by phone or via online booking.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
In cases of:
- Cancellation within 24 hours
- Failure to attend (no-show)
- Delay exceeding 15 minutes
the COMPANY reserves the right to:
- Charge the session
- Deduct the session from a package
- Require a deposit for future appointments
VI. Service Packages
Service packages:
- Are personal and non-transferable
- Are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase
- Are non-redeemable for cash
- Are non-refundable once use has commenced
By purchasing a package, the Customer acknowledges that it constitutes a prepaid service offered at a preferential price.
Once at least one session has been completed, no refund is available for the remaining balance.
VII. Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Are issued exclusively in electronic form and delivered via email
- Are valid for twelve (12) months
- Are non-refundable
- Are non-redeemable for cash
- Will not be replaced in case of loss
Redemption is available exclusively by appointment at the store.
VIII. Prices – Payments
Prices may be modified without prior notice.
Online purchases are completed exclusively via credit or debit card through certified payment providers.
The COMPANY does not store card details.
At the physical store, the following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
- IRIS payments
In the event of a failed transaction, the purchase will not be completed.
IX. Future Sale of Physical Products
In the event that physical products are offered for sale through the website in the future, additional shipping, delivery, and withdrawal terms will apply and will be published on the website.
X. Limitation of Liability
Use of the website is at the User’s own risk.
The COMPANY shall not be liable for:
- Technical errors or temporary unavailability
- Third-party interference
- Damages resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with instructions
- Delays due to force majeure
The COMPANY’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
